Shepherds Lodge is
a 150 year old terraced cottage situated in the village
of Bonvilston, along the
A48 between Cardiff and Cowbridge,
the centre of
Cardiff with all its venues is a short 10 mile
drive by car.
Cowbridge is 6 miles away and has
excellent restaurants and top of the range
boutiques. Cardiff airport is 4 miles.
We are within easy walking
distance of a public house serving great food and
ale, Cottrell
Park Golf Course (2 x 18 hole
courses open to paying non-members) and local
village shop. We are within driving distance of
the Town Centre and are nearby excellent places
to go fishing, shopping, walking and eating!

are 2 rooms (1 single and 1 double), both
en-suite, plus 1 family room with private
bathroom. Each room has been decorated to modern
standards, providing a relaxing and comfortable
environment. The rooms boast drawer and wardrobe storage, tea &
coffee making facilities and a warm tiled
en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The family area enjoys a twin room and a single
room complete with its own bathroom.

is a guests lounge downstairs which has ample
seating for a small family, television, radio,
fireplace, a dining area and access to the patio
and garden areas. All rooms are decorated to a
high standard, are warm and have double glazed
windows. The secluded garden and patio areas are
perfect for catching the sun, relaxing or even
having a picnic! In the summer the garden is
blooming with colourful flowers.
